How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand, our standard delivery time is 5-10 days. We are working hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. All prices are listed in EUR for consistency.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically take 2-3 days to be processed and shipped. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 1-2 days. If you haven't received one after 7 business days, please contact us at hello@releev.store, and we’ll assist you.

Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our return process.

I entered the wrong shipping address! What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@releev.store with your order number and the correct details. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes, and a refund will not be issued.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

We stand by our products and offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your item arrives defective or damaged. You have 30 days to request a return.

How do I return a product?

  1. Email us at hello@releev.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You are responsible for purchasing your return shipping label.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: Be sure to include your name and order number inside the package for a smooth refund process.
